We're interested in hiring a Customer Assistant with a passion for helping customers make informed decisions about our client's products and services and troubleshooting problems that may arise.
**Responsibilities**:
- Refer customers to our clients.
- Provide customer information, including name, address, and contact numbers to customer services staff.
- Complete, file and maintain information for customers.
- Answer questions about products and services.
- Assist clients at event sites
- Attend pop up sites on behalf of our clients to help aid customer attrition
- Sell products or services to customers and provide price quotes.
