**Traffic Management Planner / Administrator**
**Our Company**
Go Traffic Management has operated since 2007 initially serving clients in the North West from 3 depot bases.
Since then, the business has grown nationally and operates from over 20 dedicated depots plus an additional 47 client sites.
We are now one of the UK’s leading traffic management organisations. Across the nation, we provide traffic management, event management, traffic management design and pedestrian management.
With a resource base over 300 people, we work as a strong team delivering major traffic management solutions for utilities, building construction companies and local authorities.
**Our Role**
As Traffic Management Planner/Administrator, you will provide support to the Planning Manager, as part of the Planning Team. You would be responsible for ensuring works are captured and booked through our management system in a timely manner. Liaise with internal and external clients and assist with commercial enquiries.
**Key Responsibilities**
We are looking for someone to:
- Provide a front-line telephone service to both internal and external customers
- Ensure that all the client and operational requirements are met in a professional and efficient manner
- Maintain timely and accurate input and uploading of information into the works management systems, ensuring that all issues are recorded and escalated
- Ensure the highest level of customer service is achieved to both external and internal customers, providing excellent customer satisfaction every time
- Ensure the collation, co-ordination and distribution of the operational job packs
- Provide daily and weekly reports as required and to ensure that all service levels and objectives are achieved
- Provide a positive and innovative input into the team, through provision of solutions to problems and embracing change
- Ensure that safety issues are reported in line with Company procedures
**Experience and Qualifications**
- Experience in an administrator / planning role
- Ability to prioritise workload, multi-task and work under tight time pressures
- Excellent communication and IT skills
- High attention to detail
- Logical mind

**Salary**: £20,000.00-£24,000.00 per year
