**Job Description
Salary Grade 3 - £28,521 to £30,189 pro rata**(This is a part time post 20hpw.)

**About Us**:Fairkytes Arts Centre is a vibrant community hub that offers a wide range of arts and cultural activities. We are dedicated to fostering creativity and providing a welcoming environment for people of all ages and backgrounds.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in the planning and delivery of arts and cultural programs and events.
- Provide excellent customer service to all visitors, answering queries and offering assistance as needed.
- Help maintain the cleanliness and organization of the centre, including setting up and taking down equipment for events.
- Support administrative tasks such as booking management, record keeping, and handling correspondence.
- Collaborate with other team members to promote the centre's activities and engage with the local community.

**Requirements**:

- A passion for the arts and a commitment to promoting cultural activities.
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as required.

**Desirable**:

- Previous experience in a similar role or in a customer service environment.
- Knowledge of local arts and cultural organisations.
