**This HR function has gone through significant change over the last 12 months under new HR leadership and as the function moves to being a proactive, value driven function, there are a lot of projects going on. Reward is a big part of the project agenda as the new European Reward Partner strives towards delivering a new reward framework, alongside a host of other initiatives. Reporting to the Reward Partner, you will manage the day-to-day reward activities and support these projects.**
**Reward Advisor**

**12 Month FTC**
**Up to £31,000**
Working for an international, PE backed business, you will support the business’ UK reward agenda. You’ll work remotely, with HR meets every 4/5 weeks, and will work with stakeholders across head office functions and the operational business.
You can expect to be involved in annual salary review and bonus calculations, pay and benefits benchmarking exercises, pay data reporting, administration of benefits provisions, as well as ad hoc project support duties.
It won’t all be numbers though, you’ll work closely the HR team on employee engagement and communications, as well as with the payroll team to ensure processes and systems are delivering consistency.
**Who are we looking for?**
You’ll need to have had some experience with reward but don’t worry if you’re not a specialist. You might be a reward administrator or assistant at the moment, familiar with principles but not yet had the opportunity to get more involved, in a smaller function, or you could be an HR generalist with some exposure to reward and an interest in expanding into this area.
You’ll need to be good with numbers, have an eye for detail and be comfortable working in a remote environment.
