This is a fantastic **entry level **opportunity that will begin your journey into** Project Management**. As an Graduate Project Coordinator, you will be accountable for exceeding customer expectations and the co-ordination of projects that are identified to be delivered via the simplified delivery methodology, including the active management of budgets, timelines, and customer satisfaction.

Projects are typically less than 5 budget days.
- **Project co-ordination**: As an Graduate Project Coordinator, you will be responsible for resourcing, booking and managing small works (projects less than 5 days).
- **Customer Satisfaction**: Responsible for capturing and delivering customer satisfaction with respect to the project engagement via the formal CSAT (Customer Satisfaction) process.
- **Backlog Management**: Responsible for the active management of project backlog and the optimisation of weekly backlog burn rates.
- **Project Governance**: Responsible for adopting and managing projects in accordance with the Advanced Simplified Project methodology.
- **Client Escalations**: Responsible for managing and resolving client escalations, seeking support when required.
- **Best Practices**: Responsible for driving best practice and foster a culture of continuous service improvement.
- As an Graduate Project Coordinator, you will be highly organised, with the ability to manage deadlines and support key business stakeholders, both internally and externally.
- Adaptable to ever changing environments
- Proactive ability to find innovative ways of solving problems
- Solid communication skills with a professional verbal, written and presenting ability
