**Apprentice Branch Assistant**:
**Apprentice** Branch Assistant - Rexel Stirling Branch**

As a Rexel apprentice, you will be trained in all procedures and skills required not just in his/her role, but all role's within the branch, which will give you a fantastic grounding for your future career. and as such will be expected to work well within the current team. He or She must also be able to work well without supervision due to being part of a small team. The Apprenticeship** **offered is Business Administration SCQF Level 5

So, if you are looking to start a successful career, then this is the perfect role for you. Rexel UK is offering a fantastic opportunity for an Apprentice to support our Stirling branch, you will be in a successful region where you will be working in a varied and challenging role

The Role:

- Spread sheet preparation (Various tasks)
- Update and review databases, record information and produce data analysis where required
- Customer Returns processing
- Filing
- Customer sales order entry
- Progressing customer orders
- Dealing with customers, through various media
- Interaction with other branches
- Speaking with suppliers

The Person:

- English and Maths GCSE (or equivalent) is desirable
- The ability to follow instruction
- The want to take on new roles and challenges
- Good organisational skills, with the ability to work to deadlines and manage own workload
- Customer service skills with the understanding that the customer is the most important element to working within branch
- Takes responsibility for initiating and completing tasks, manages priorities and time to successfully meet deadlines.
- Builds and maintains positive relationships within their own team and across the organisation.
- Self-motivated and efficient
