**Description**:
Bishops Corner is a residential service, located in the coastal town of St Leonards-on-Sea near Hastings, East Sussex. We provide specialist support for nine males and females who have Prader-Willi syndrome (PWS). Bishops Corner is situated on a quiet road, just fifteen minutes’ walk to the town centre and the sea front.

Our team are dedicated to providing a safe and supportive environment where individuals can be fully involved in their care and are supported to lead a more independent and fulfilling future. **What you'll be doing**:
Are you a creative, caring person who loves bringing joy and purpose into people’s lives? We’re looking for an Activities Coordinator to join our team and help create meaningful moments every day.

As an Activities Coordinator, you’ll design and deliver a wide range of therapeutic, social, and rehabilitative activities that support self-esteem, independence, and everyday life skills for the people we support.
From one-to-one sessions to group programmes, you’ll tailor activities to suit individual needs — helping each person feel valued, engaged, and part of the community.
You’ll also have the opportunity to collaborate with external educational, vocational, and leisure providers to broaden the range of experiences available to our service users.
- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging individual and group activities.
- Encourage participation that promotes confidence, independence, and wellbeing.
- Record and report on service user engagement and progress.
- Maintain accurate and timely records using our systems.
- Work closely with colleagues, families, and outside organisations to enhance our activity programme.
- Bring new ideas and enthusiasm to continuously improve our service.

**About You**:

- You’re naturally positive, creative, and compassionate — someone who enjoys making a difference in people’s lives.
- You’ll have excellent communication, motivational, and listening skills, with the ability to adapt to each person’s needs.

**You’ll also have**:

- A willingness to work towards (or already hold) NVQ Level 3 in Care.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and manage your own workload.
- A flexible, proactive approach and a passion for teamwork.
