Nightshift Packer

We are currently looking for Production Operatives to join a busy team in a well-established client based in Pontyclun.

Our client is well known beauty manufacturer As such, they are looking to add new members of staff to their team. This role requires a high level of attention, accuracy and a previous working history in manufacturing.

**Salary**: £13.86

Shifts: 37 hours a week

Nights
- 11pm - 6am -Sunday

9.30pm - 6am - Monday to Wednesday

9.30pm - 2am - Thursday

About You:
We are looking for enthusiastic individuals with good team working skills and a 'can do’ attitude. You will be able to follow instructions effectively and work on your own initiative with good communication skills.
- Reliable
- Punctual
- Work in a team and on your own
- Liaise with Team leader / Production Coordinator to ensure customer satisfaction
- Ensure that production targets are met and performance complies with company quality, environmental and safety policies
- Lead safety by personal example
- Raise housekeeping standards to departmental standards
- Working in a fast paced environment
