**Responsibilities for this Property Consultant role will include**:

- Handle day to day agency enquiries to secure new business opportunities
- Deliver high levels of customer service
- Carry out valuations and win new instructions
- Stay aware of the market conditions to remain effective in the local market
- Ensuring close client contact and offering professional advice at all times
