**Head of Repairs**

**3-month Contract**

**Southwest (Fully remote after first week)**

Panoramic Associates are excited to be working with a registered social landlord in the Southwest that are looking for a Head of Repairs to join them on a consultative basis, with the aim of setting up service level agreements with external contractors forcompliance across their housing stock.

There will be a requirement to be on site 3 days per week for the first week or two, but after that the role can be done fully remote.

**Main responsibilities**:

- Deliver a maintenance service for the clients housing stock across Torbay.
- Tender and set up contracts for compliance and repairs.
- Procurement of contractors for HMO's, flats, and semidetached houses.
- No management or direct reports.
