Wigan GP Alliance require a flexible receptionist. The role is to book patients in on arrival at the hub.

This will be within our Hub which is based in the Atherton.

**6:00pm-10pm Monday Tuesday Wednesday**

Overtime is available.

The role involves booking patients in on arrival, Professionally deal with any queries as they arise and keep the GPs informed if any changes occur to the prebooked appointments. Ensure a handover is completed to your service coordinator if applicable and all keys & equipment are returned to the designated place. Audit checks to be completed on every session and Patient surveys to be distributed accordingly to the patients on arrival.

Experience is preferred but full training will be provided on induction.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: £11.44 per hour

Expected hours: 12 per week
