**What will you be doing as a Receptionist?**
- Answering and directing incoming telephone inquiries to ensure an efficient and reliable telephone service
- Efficiently greeting and providing accurate information and advice to customers and internal staff
- Organising name badges, shoe sizes, and PPE sizes in preparation for planned visits
- Handling meeting room bookings and coordinating WIFI availability with IT, if needed
- Ensuring availability of refreshments for visitors, maintaining coffee machine stock, and arranging buffet lunches when necessary
- Assisting in organising company travel across UK sites, including hotel, flights, and hire car arrangements following company procedures when the travel administrator is unavailable
- Managing insurance databases for car hire requirements and handling accidents or damage to hire cars and company vehicles
- Booking taxis for staff as needed
- Keeping the company credit card expense claim form up to date for all expenditures
- Handling the ordering of business cards, including checking design templates, managing costs, and raising purchase orders
- Providing support to HSE with ISO 50001 through travel reporting
- Managing incoming/outgoing post and coordinating couriers
- Overseeing the franking machine's expenses and replenishing funds as required, including supplying ink and labels
- Maintaining stationary stock levels and ordering items as needed
- Assisting other departments with general office administration tasks, such as scanning, filing, and handling ad hoc duties to support the business

**What do you need?**
- Previous switchboard experience
- Strong computer/IT skills
- Experience working within a fast paced environment

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 22 per week

**Salary**: £12,000.00-£12,500.00 per year
