About This Job:
This is a great opportunity for an experienced Talent Management/Performance Specialist to join our Global Talent Management Centre of Excellence (CoE).
Reporting to the Director Talent, Performance & Change Management, this is a new role where you will be able to utilize your current experience in Talent Management, performance, tools, analytics, and data to support the global CoE team in delivering new enterprise-wide performance initiatives.
You will contribute to the design and execution of a common global approach to the three areas of Talent Management, Performance Management and Change, helping develop best practice methodology, tools, and global guidance. Your experience in building KPIs and ability to generate meaningful analysis of data and insights will enable program owners to share this at an enterprise level.
As this role evolves, you will also contribute to the ongoing efforts to automate talent and performance management processes through leveraging technology and systems.
As part of the global team, you will work with a team of Project Managers across regions as required, giving you access to different cultures and challenges.
Key activities are noted below:
- Customize communications/tools, working with the CoE Partners in the execution of developing strong succession plans and actions.
- Support the global 360 survey process, Global Talent Reviews, Succession Planning, Development and Career Planning for VPs and above
- Enhance the development of tools, methodology and global guidelines to implement and sustain a common global performance management process
- Build KPIs, extract key data to generate meaningful analysis and insights. Contribute to the automation/enhancement of systems, co-ordinate the design and delivery of training
- Contribute to project teams to align technology and systems (Success Factors) to the needs of the process. Builds toolkits and training in alignment with Global Program Owners
Essential Knowledge & Experience:
- Experience in developing and deploying Talent Management practices and/or training.
- Evidence of working in a global matrix organization across different cultures.
- Demonstrated self-motivation with the ability to work independently
- Attention to detail, able to analyze/storyboard Insights and data for reporting
- Strong problem solving skills/initiative to achieve successful outcomes
- Well organized and evidence of good project management skills
- Excellent Excel with evidence of utilizing other tools for reporting
Education/Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree, HR Qualification, or equivalent
