**Overview**
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Apprentice Nursery Practitioner to join our vibrant team. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about early childhood education and looking to develop their skills in a nurturing environment. As an Apprentice, you will work closely with experienced practitioners, gaining hands-on experience in childcare and nursery management while contributing to the development and well-being of children.

**Duties**
- Assist in the planning and implementation of engaging educational activities tailored to children's developmental needs.
- Support the daily care of children, ensuring their safety, happiness, and well-being at all times.
- Communicate effectively with children, parents, and colleagues to foster a positive nursery environment.
- Help manage the nursery space, ensuring it is clean, organised, and conducive to learning.
- Observe and record children's progress, providing feedback to senior staff as necessary.
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance your professional development.
- Drive initiatives that promote a stimulating learning atmosphere within the nursery.

**Requirements**:

- A keen interest in early childhood education and childcare practices.
- Must hold a Minimum C/5 in GCSE English and Maths
- Previous experience working with children in a nursery or similar setting is advantageous.
- Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
- A proactive approach to managing tasks and responsibilities effectively.
- Commitment to ongoing professional development within the field of childcare.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Apprenticeship

Pay: £6.40-£11.44 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 30 per week
