**Automation Test Academy - £27,500 (rising to £30,000 upon graduation) - Leeds Hybrid/Flexible**

Answer Digital is a Employee-Owned digital transformation consultancy headquartered in Leeds. We’re looking to recruit our next cohort into our Automation Test Academy to join our existing, growing team of talented Test Consultants. The Answer Digital Automation Testing Academy is a 10-week programme that equips talent with the most contemporary technical skills and process understanding, and fast tracks them to become project ready Answer Automation Test Engineers. The Academy combines structured training, self-learning and hands-on Automation Testing, all while giving you the opportunity to understand the role of an automation tester within an agile delivery context. The programme also provides excellent mentorship from our team of digital experts, those on the Academy learn directly from those pushing the boundaries in live Answer projects.

**To be successful in this role**:

- You will have a keen and active interest in automation testing, and looking to take those next steps to kickstart your professional career.
- You will have a great thirst for learning and forever have your eyes peeled for the next new technology to pick up and try out.
- You'll also be excited by the opportunity to work in agile teams to deliver value to clients.

**What you’ll bring to Answer**:

- Actively pursuing an interest in automation testing (via academic studies, self studying, and/or in a professional capacity).
- Manual functional and regression testing knowledge and experience.
- A passion for testing and technology.

**The Programme**

During the Academy, learning is structured around the below key phases:

- **Introduction Phase**: Intro to Answer and agile ways of working.

**Career Progression**:
By graduating from the Answer Academy, you will be equipped to work as part of a live project. This role will involve working in agile teams to deliver innovative solutions for Answer Digital’s customers. Our Academy graduates often progress at pace after completing this 9 week programme. We have seen our graduates progress from ‘Graduate’ to ‘Lead Consultant’ in just 3 years after 3 successive promotions - And this isn’t an exception
