The Electrical Maintenance Engineer will be working with world class colleagues that really strive for the very best for the business. Reporting to the Engineering Manager your duties will include: " Undertaking front line repairs and perform both predicative and preventative maintenance activities to minimise plant downtime, increase machine reliability and maximise operational throughput. " To operate in a structured environment complying to the maintenance schedule to drive quality i.e. internal/external labour resource " Liaise with manufacturing personnel regarding plant release, downtime estimation, plant hand backs and alternative/compromise solutions " Understand and have experience of EHS requirements in a maintenance/manufacturing environment " Be able to work within a fast-paced pressurised production environment **Qualifications**: " NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in Engineering field " Good understanding of PLC systems " Excellent communication skills " Understanding of electrical drawings " Experience in driving mobile equipment such as E.O.T.C and F.L.T Benefits includes free access to an onsite Doctor, Psychotherapist, Physio, A PT fitness coach, all free, Gym member is £20 a year, Medicash, Cycle to work, EAP Access, 25 days + bank holidays.
