At Green Fox Cleaning, we're now seeking an **experienced and reliable** **cleaning operative**who takes pride and has a great eye to detail to join our large friendly school cleaning team in the High Street area of Lewes.

**The shift time is fixed at 5pm-8pm Monday to Friday (15 hours per week).**

The role is cleaning a school close to Lewes High Street.

**You will be working a total of 37 weeks per year. This is made up of 34 weeks term time, and 3 weeks deeper cleaning in school holidays.**

**Additionally, you are paid 28 days paid holiday per year which must be taken in the school holidays.**

Free parking is available on site if you are driving.

After proving yourself within the team, you'll be given the option of being paid per shift or having your pay spread over 12 months on a salary, meaning that you receive a wage during the school holidays.

You will be responsible for your own section of the school which you will clean on a daily basis. This allows you to learn the area, as well as taking personal pride in the appearance of your section.

**We will provide full training around all aspects of cleaning, the safe use of chemicals (COSHH), safe manual handling and all other essential training to keep you safe at work.**

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience in commercial cleaning and janitorial services
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain cleanliness standards
- Familiarity with cleaning products, equipment, and safety protocols
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
- Reliability and punctuality in attendance and performance
