**Key Responsibilities of the Role**
- _Deliver exceptional customer service and client care in line with company procedures._
- _Liaise with clients and applicants in a timely and professional manner._
- _Comply with Savills Code of Conduct and Polices._
- _Meet and greet visitors to the office and ensure that they are seated and directed to the correct person/department_
- _Ensure the office is always kept tidy and that all handouts/property details are replenished._
- _Answer all incoming calls including, if necessary, other staff members phones when they are unavailable, and aim to answer within three rings._
- _Ensure the office is always covered by liaising with the team regarding appointments._
- _Take responsibility for keys when in use and ensure the safe return to the office._
- _Arrange/organise viewings and pitches in a timely and courteous manner adding the viewings and property details and pitches through Reapit in line with company procedures._
- _Archive applicants as necessary._
- _Run errands as required to assist in the smooth running of the office._

**Skills, Knowledge and Experience**
- An interest in property and knowledge of the area would be desirable.
- Good working knowledge of standard Microsoft suite.
- Good organisational and prioritising ability.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Confident in liaising both internally and externally.
- Initiative and ability to work under pressure.
- Team player.
- Friendly, helpful and enthusiastic to do a high quality job at all times.
