**Job Description**:
The Client Assets Control Group primary objective in EMEA is to ensure compliance with the Client Asset rules within the UK and France. The Associate will form a key part of the team which is currently co-located in London and Dublin. The team covers all aspectsof daily Core processing as well as monthly regulatory reporting, Quality Assurance (QA) Testing and Governance Oversight.

**Responsibilities**:
The Associate will be responsible for working within the Client Assets Control Group BAU Team to:
Complete the daily Client Money reconciliations for MLI and BofASE SA for both the normal and alternative approaches and the asset shortfall calculation for BANA London.
Prepare management information for the Client Assets Operating Group & Client Assets Oversight Certified Executive.
**Requirements**:
Experience of client assets regulatory requirements (e.g., UK CASS) is preferable but training will be provided. An understanding of the wider regulatory environment operated in the United Kingdom and EU would be beneficial.
Excellent communications skills.
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced team environment.
Critical thinking - an ability to understand complex processes, identify process risks and improvement opportunities.
Strong working knowledge of Excel and ability to perform analytic reviews is a benefit
