**Requirements for Nursery Administrator**:

- Has previous administration experience working in either: day nursery, or small company
- Has a good, solid working knowledge of Word, Excel, Outlook
- Some PA-style skills to support the nursery manager
- Is dynamic & truly passionate about young children & early years
- Is self-directed, as well as a team player - teamwork is one of our central values
- Has a high attention to detail
- Can multi-task & is unruffled by multiple interruptions
- Can pick up new database/IT systems quickly (we use several)
- Positive outlook (someone who always sees the glass as half full)
- DBS certificate/clean criminal record

**Ideally, you will also have experience**
- Working as an administrator in a day nursery. Our systems include Famly
- Working in an HR/payroll admin function, including safer recruitment
- Experience using social media eg Creator Studio, Wordpress for website management

**The day-day role of a Nursery Administrator**
- To ensure that you provide the very highest quality of nursery administration to customers & colleagues alike. You would be the main point person on and off-boarding new families & colleagues
- To promote the nursery using social media & our company websites
- Build & maintain excellent relationships with parents
- Promote safeguarding procedures & the importance of child welfare.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 25-30 per week

**Salary**: Up to £12.00 per hour

- Monday to Friday
- No weekends

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Bracknell RG12 7RD: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
