**Quality Environmental Health and Safety Manager** - Key Responsibilities:

- Working with Head Office and Site operational teams to maintain and improve HSE standards
- Knowledge of legal requirements in terms of environment and health and safety
- Coaching managers and colleagues on safe working practices
- Development and delivery of health and safety induction and health & safety, environment, energy and quality training to new and current colleagues
- Accident investigation and reduction of risk of reoccurrence by analysis data and root cause, identifying trends and implementing continuous improvement
- Conducting monthly site audits and produce a management report identifying improvements
- Conduct safety critical compliance checks, weekly and monthly
- Maintaining the Imperial group accreditation of the management systems (Quality, Environment, Health & Safety and Energy)
- Prepare, distribute and update the QEHS relevant documentation on site
- Attending and Coordinating Site Health and Safety and Quality Management meetings
- Enforcing policies, processes and procedures
- Reviewing of risk assessments and safe systems of work
- Contribute to the QEHS strategy and move forwards
- Develop policies, processes and procedures to adhere to statutory regulations and certification requirements
- Promote Health and Safety, Environmental and Energy Management awareness and culture in the Company
- Implementation of measures related to occupational safety and accident prevention as well as in-company environment policies and procedures
- Maintain legislation/legal register and library in regards to operational requirements
- Implement opportunities to use energy more efficiently, and promote energy saving initiatives
- Produce and deliver Monthly Toolbox Talks to early, late and night shifts
- Ensure our legal obligations are met in line with industry best practice

**Quality Environmental Health and Safety Manager** - You:

- NEBOSH General Certificate or equivalent
- Knowledge of management systems (quality, health & safety, environment)
- Full UK drivers licence
- Previous experience within a Health and Safety role
- Experience within a Logistics or Manufacturing and Production environment
- Coaching and training individuals and teams
