**Overview**

**Duties**
- Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and policies.
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges in accordance with company procedures.
- Input orders into the diary.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and address any concerns promptly.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies to provide informed assistance.
- Some admin support to other departments.

**Experience**
- Strong verbal and written communication skills are crucial for effective interaction with customers.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining professionalism.
- A positive attitude and a willingness to go the extra mile for customers.
- Fencing sales experience would be a plus.

**Hours of work**

Monday-Friday 8:30am - 5pm & every other Saturday morning 8am - 12.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £27,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
