S&H Group Ltd provides reactive maintenance and project works

We are recruiting for a Reactive maintenance / joiner to complete building maintenance and small work projects on various site across north west. The role is a permanent position and an excellent opportunity for a maintenance joiner, builder ,other trades will be considered.

**Salary**: The position is paying between £13.00-£16.00 per hour depending on experience and based on approx. 40 hours per week.

Job description: Typical duties will include to cover all fabric building maintenance / small works such as:

- Fabric building maintenance i.e. joinery, plastering, roof repairs, painting, tiling, basic wet plumbing etc
- liaison with FM and site managers
- completing PPM and reactive maintenance tasks
- Assisting on small works and refurbishment projects
- Providing emergency repair services and all maintenance task

**Requirements**:

- The role will be in building maintenance and you will have a background in either plumbing, joinery or the building trade. A minimum of 3 years experience is essential
- Excellent customer services i.e. taking client through completed work etc.
- Highly front facing to end client therefore articulate, driven, passionate and presentable
- Willing to learn/assist in basic plumbing and electrical duties (obviously not expected to wire/install/open up or commission)
- Maintain Health and Safety standards.
- Must be fully aware of all statutory requirements and H&S obligation.

Job will require you to be put through a enhanced DBS check. If not already in place.

CSCS card and own basic range of hand and power tools would be an distinct advantage.

A High level of flexibility required to do Rota based call out/out of hours work due to nature of job.

Out of hours work and overtime available.
