Through a combination of advice and data management we deliver practical solutions that help organisations manage data risks, achieve rebates for unwanted technology and reduce their CO2.

We like to take a rounded perspective, based on leading-edge thinking for sustainable solutions and Carbon reduction and provide invaluable advice to businesses at some of the most exciting and critical moments in their IT lifecycle.

**Graduates on our Trainee Graduate Recycling & Sustainability program**

Taking a collaborative approach, you will have the opportunity to work in a team dedicated to providing IT take back solutions to leading organisations, ranging from sectors in health care, education, corporates, and public services.

**Salary: Competitive**

£25,000.00 Per Annum

You will work as part of a team on a wide variety of accounts. You will serve as a key resource for the Account Managers. As you grow and gain more expertise, you will become a key contact for the client. You will work alongside some of the industry’s top organisations and will have immediate exposure to real client solutions.

These experiences will help build your technical knowledge and overall industry expertise while you benefit from more structured learning interventions. You will work with companies to understand disposal strategy. Your day-to-day tasks will include:

- Speaking to clients to discuss recycling opportunities.
- Providing information and support to clients.
- Providing follow up reporting and compliance

This is a dynamic and active role where you are required to have good communication, problem solving and analytical skills and an interest in the technology sustainability sector, as well confidence when interacting with clients.

**Qualifications and Training**

We have a focussed 12-month training programme for graduates that is designed to give you an insight into our business, and help you develop the practical and technical skills you need to succeed at EGO Technology.

We continue to invest in our people, and you will have regular opportunities for training throughout your career with us - both on the job and through more formal classroom sessions. Consultants are not required to have a particular qualification; therefore, the wide variety of external qualifications we do support are determined by the needs of the business and the individual’s interests.

You'll be based in our Burton on Trent Technology Centre, gaining hands-on experience of our operation, and learning the many valuable skills you'll need to help build the business.

**The Requirements**

Minimum Degree in any discipline.
