I am working on behave of a well established organisation based in Middlesbrough we are looking to recruit housing concierge professionals to assist with regular weekly cover and assist with permanent holiday cover.

This charitable organisation has been trading for over 150 years. They offer practical support and services to all who need them, regardless of ethnicity, gender, religion or sexual orientation from those vulnerable adult whom are homeless, those requiringshelter, vulnerable adults suffering from addiction.

Within this role you will provide overnight waking night cover to ensure the residents are safe. You will be responsible for providing first contact and safeguarding our clients throughout the night. You duties will include; dealing with emergencies, carryingout regular health and safety checks, on patrol, monitoring the CCTV system and various administrative tasks along with a specific cleaning rota to be completed regularly throughout the week.

Ideal requirements:

- 6 months min experience working within health and social care - housing experience desirable
- DBS on the update service preferred
- References covering 2 years
- NVQ 2 or 3 in health and social care preferable

Personality Preference:

- Caring and understanding personality
- Good communication skills
- Good numeracy and literacy skills
- Ability to use own initiative
- Self-direction

Lone working night shifts available for immediate start shift rota 9pm-8am - Weekday and weekends.
