**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Healthcare Assistant to join our team. As a Healthcare Assistant, you will provide essential support to patients and healthcare professionals in various healthcare settings. Your role will involve assisting with patient care, maintaining records, and ensuring a safe and comfortable environment for patients.

**Duties**:

- Assist healthcare professionals in providing care to service users
- Help service users with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and eating
- Monitor and record vital signs of residents
- Assist in the implementation of care plans for residents
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date resident records
- Ensure a clean and organized environment for resident care
- Communicate effectively with residents, their families, and healthcare team members

**Skills**:

- Proficient in using IT systems for documentation and record keeping
- Excellent communication skills to interact with patients and healthcare professionals
- Knowledge of care plans and ability to assist in their implementation
- Familiarity with working in care homes or home care settings
- Fluency in English, both written and verbal
