**The Role**:
As a Warehouse Operative, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our operations run smoothly. You'll be responsible for a range of tasks, including:

- Picking and processing items accurately and efficiently.
- Assembling and packaging customer orders with care and attention to detail.
- Packing and processing returns according to company procedures.
- Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work environment.

**What We're Looking For**:

- Reliability and strong attendance.
- Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal).
- A commitment to health & safety and security protocols.
- Customer focus and a keen eye for detail.
- The ability to work effectively under pressure and a desire to learn and grow.
- Physical fitness required (standing for extended periods).
- A positive attitude and the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Initiative and self-motivation to manage your workload and progress.
- Previous warehouse experience preferred, but full training provided.
