Senior Marketing Executive - Bupa Global - Fixed Term

The role

Fabulous opportunity to support the Bupa Global Marketing Managers on BAU and growth projects and initiatives, including the execution of HNW campaigns and sponsorship, creation of online and offline assets, copywriting, proofing, managing approvals processes, and event planning

What you’ll do
- Support with reporting on performance and data management
- Creation of B2B and B2C marketing assets through the copy clearance process, to support the sales teams to drive category awareness including sales aids and sales brochures
- Day to day liaison with marketing agencies
- Team admin including raising POs
- Be responsible for any changes required to the marketing materials because of any projects and as a result of Rules Review, change projects, or ad hoc requests
- Coordinate the translation of documents with Fulfilment teams and translation agency
- Review and update any Bupa Global content that is owned by Marketing
- Help with developing presentations and training decks for the sales team, coordinating production of these with external agencies
- Assist with developing customer newsletter and engagement materials

You
- Business experience of working within a global Marketing function, ideally in a highly regulated market
- Experience managing a copy clearance process
- A collaborative, supportive team player, able to work independently
- An organised, solid planner with keen attention to detail and strong proof-reading skills
- Direct marketing experience
- Advanced PC skills, including Acrobat, Excel, Word and PowerPoint
- Very high standard of written and spoken English and proven copy writing experience
- An understanding and knowledge of Bupa Global insurance products would be fantastic
