**What do our Accommodation Advisors do?**

Working in partnership with the Prison and Probation Service, you’ll work with a caseload of clients in the Black Country community and, provide advice and support relevant to their housing needs. You’ll carry out initial assessments to understand each person’s specific needs to agree a tailored action plan. This may include the provision of support to end or sustain a tenancy, find accommodation or basic budgeting advice and liaison with other agencies. You’ll provide support face to face with individuals and groups.
