Reporting to our experienced Administration Manager, Louise, you will be responsible for providing a patient focused and efficient administrative service within the hospital. This will include ensuring that all calls are answered in an efficient and courteous manner, all referrals are dealt with promptly and accurately and that patient records are maintained and kept confidential

**About You**:

- Good organisational and customer service skills
- A sincere desire to be part of a team that takes great pride in helping patients
- Sound knowledge and understanding of IT and software packages (Word/Excell)
- Excellent Communication skills (Written and Phone)
- Ability to prioritise and work on own initiative
