Are you passionate about the environment and ready to make a real difference? As a Recycling Operative, you’ll play a key role in delivering top-quality service to our customers while helping to keep our sites safe, clean, and well-maintained. This is a dynamic and varied role where no two days are the same.

You could be supporting operations at our household recycling centres, out on bin collection rounds, driving or assisting with material transport between sites, helping out in our reuse warehouse and retail shops. If you enjoy hands-on work, being part of a supportive team, and contributing to a greener future, we want to hear from you

**What you NEED to bring to the table**:

- Full valid UK driving license
- Flexibility to work overtime as required
- Ability to work in all weather conditions

**Bonus Points if you’ve got**:

- Previous experience in waste management operations
- Forklift truck / Light plant qualifications
