Kitchen & Front of House Assistant (Fully Flexible)

Come grow your carrier with Earlswood Nurseries Ltd, we are looking for a dynamic kitchen assistant who has the ability not only to cook our food but also work with our front of house assistant to join our team in our new adventure in the culinary world. Someone who has a passion for delivering the best culinary experience whether working in our ultra modern kitchen or front of house, and who is multi skilled in all aspects of of working within a café environment.

- Work well in a team but can also use your own initiative.

**We’d love it if you**:
Have some experience serving, hosting and cooking in a hospitality environment, who will deliver the best customer experience to our guests.
- Are empathetic with a talent for building rapport and reading each guest’s desired level of interaction.
- Can efficiently communicate and prioritise tasks.
- Have a passion for guest service, as well as food and drinks.

You will need to be able to work on your own at times and under the direction of our supervisor and catering manager.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 16 -45 per week

**Salary**: £7.49-£10.42 per hour
