**Responsibilities**
- Assist with food preparation tasks as directed by the chefs, ensuring high standards of hygiene and safety are maintained.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen, including washing dishes, pots, and pans.
- Ensure all kitchen equipment is cleaned and stored properly after use.
- Help with the delivery and storage of food supplies, ensuring stock levels are monitored.
- Support chefs during busy service periods by providing assistance where needed.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations within the kitchen environment.
- Participate in maintaining a positive team atmosphere through effective communication and collaboration.

**Qualifications**
- Previous experience in a similar role within a restaurant, hotel, or culinary setting is advantageous but not essential.
- A keen interest in hospitality and culinary arts, with a willingness to learn and develop skills.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
- Strong teamwork skills with a positive attitude towards helping others in the kitchen.
- Good understanding of food hygiene practices and safety regulations is preferred.
- Flexibility to work various shifts as required by the needs of the kitchen.
