**SITE SUPERVISOR** JOB TITLE: Site Supervisor SALARY: £35,000.00 + LOCATION: Bardney, Lincoln HOURS: Monday - Friday (7:30am - 17:00) JOB ROLE: " To organize and prioritize activity to ensure targets are met, including the oversee of plant, equipment, and the safety of personnel. " Work in compliance with all company health and safety, environmental and FIAS policies, completing risk assessments and reports " Clearly communicate instructions to staff in line with objectives " Monitor stock levels and replenishment of goods required to maintain operations " Lead and hold team meetings ensuring to keep good relationships and morale on site " Monitor hours worked, elements of payroll to ensure correct weekly payments THE SUCESSFUL CANDIDATE WILL NEED: " Knowledge of chemical process and blending operations in a related industry is essential " A clear ability to lead and motivate a team " Clear and efficient communication skills at all levels " Have a logical and practical approach to work " A positive can-do attitude BENEFITS: " Lunch provision scheme " Fantastic pension scheme " Contributory healthcare Please send your CV
