We are seeking a highly engaged, dynamic and professional **Sales Controller / Business Manager **to head up a team of Sales Executives at a **premium automotive retailer in Eastbourne.**
They will work closely with the Sales team to achieve maximum profitability from vehicle, finance, insurance and accessory sales and work hard to ensure each customer receives exemplary customer service.
**Your responsibilities will also include**:
- Ensure a robust sales process is implemented and followed amongst the sales team.
- Manage all prospecting activity by the Sales team ensuring effectiveness and consistency.
- Identify the customer’s needs through a range of differing sales techniques.
- Match relevant product to customers’ needs and present applicable features and benefits of each product.
- Match customer needs to required customer service needs and showroom stock requirements.
- Continuously update staff with availability and movement of stock.
- Establish current vehicle ownership status and their requirements of the finance solution.

**Skills**:
- Quality driven approach to work
- Previous supervisory experience
