**Job Summary**
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Bar Staff to join our vibrant team. As a key member of our hospitality environment, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests while ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. Your role will involve preparing and serving drinks, maintaining cleanliness, and contributing to a positive dining experience.
**Duties**
- Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, ensuring compliance with food safety standards.
- Engage with customers, taking orders and providing recommendations based on their preferences.
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Assist in restocking supplies and managing inventory levels.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and customer satisfaction.
- Follow all health and safety regulations while working in a fast-paced environment.
**Skills**
- Previous experience in a restaurant or bar setting is advantageous.
- Strong time management skills to handle busy periods effectively.
- Excellent hospitality skills with a friendly and approachable demeanour.
- Bartending skills, including knowledge of drink recipes and preparation techniques.
- Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
- Basic maths skills for handling transactions and managing cash flow.
- Understanding of food safety practices to ensure a safe dining experience for guests.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent
