Cleaner (Part-time)

At **The Little Cottage Cleaning Company** we take our work very seriously. We currently have vacancies for an **honest, reliable and hard working person **to join us as a full time mobile cleaner working in domestic and commercial environments across multiple sites. You will work various shifts of up to 15 hours per week. Shifts vary and are between the hours of 6am and 6pm**, Monday to Friday. No weekend or Bank Holiday working.**

You will be required to do domestic and commercial cleaning plus associated tasks such as ironing, laundry etc. Ongoing training is provided whilst you settle into your new role with progression available for the right people.

To ensure we **attract and keep** the **BEST staff** we offer a great starting rate of **£9.90 per hour **for owner/drivers which increases with service. (If you do not drive, or drive one of our company vehicles, then the salary is lower)

You will work various shifts between 6am and 6pm totalling **15 hours **average per week **over 5 days, Monday to Friday, NO WEEKEND WORKING. **This is a permanent position with great prospects.**

Unlike other cleaning companies, we don't ask our staff to work on a self employed basis or on zero hour contracts. In fact, we pride ourselves on being an industry leader on the package we offer and are accredited by **The Real Living Wage Foundation** so you can be sure you're paid correctly for the work you do.

These roles are **permanent, employed** roles. We offer a company pension scheme, subsidised BUPA cover and 20 days paid annual leave (plus 8 Bank Holidays). We are **VERY STRICT** on who we employ and only want the **BEST** people. You will be asked to go through a test and interview process as part of our selection. Only those who are **serious about a career in cleaning**, who have the **right attitude** and **best skill set** will be selected to join us.

Once you have passed our rigorous selection process you will work alone, and alongside other cleaners, within a domestic or commercial setting carrying out cleaning using Eco-Friendly, Biodegradable and microfiber products. You will also be asked to work on deep cleaning and specialist cleaning projects.

All successful applicants are required to provide a current DBS certificate or be willing to undergo a DBS check on appointment to post.

To help you progress in your career with us, everyone has a training and development plan with regular reviews. We will give you the right **encouragement** and tools so you can **progress** if you want to. This means with the right input you could become a Cleaning Lead, Cleaning Supervisor or Manager with the salary and package to match
