This role is your chance to be the backbone of our site teams, facilitating the delivery of materials, managing tools and logistics, and supporting our project objectives with your outstanding people skills.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Liaising with Suppliers and Teams**: Coordinate timely deliveries, ensuring each team has the necessary materials and tools for the day’s tasks.
- **Transportation and Logistics**: Handle the safe transport of materials and equipment to and from project sites with meticulous attention to detail. A **valid driving license is essential** for this role. Towing involved - previous experience preferred but not essential
- **On-Site Support**: Assist our landscaping teams directly on projects as needed, helping to keep everything on schedule.
- **Tool and Equipment Management**: Organize and maintain tool inventories, ensuring they are in good condition and available for use.
- **Excellent People Skills**: Exhibit strong interpersonal abilities, ensuring smooth communication and relationships with team members, suppliers, and clients. Your ability to get along with everyone and foster a positive work environment is key.
- Prior experience in landscaping, construction, or related fields.
- Strong organizational, logístical, and communication skills.
- A valid driver’s license is essential.
- Mechanical aptitude for basic repairs and maintenance of tools and equipment.
- Exceptional people skills, with the ability to connect, collaborate, and communicate effectively with all team members and external partners.
- A proactive team player, capable of working independently to meet and exceed project goals.
- Dedicated to maintaining high safety standards.
