**Title: Warehouse Operative - PM Shift / Warehouse Operative Lates**

The Best Connection have exciting new opportunities in Runcorn

Due to a huge increase in work, our client, a leading & well-known manufacturer, is looking to recruit several dedicated warehouse operatives to work in their busy packing department.

The main duties will include:

- Quality checking all goods in kits to ensure correct contents.
- Any issues/missing components to be reported to team leaders.
- Manage and maintain own work area keeping it organised and clean.
- Packing relief work in quiet periods.
- Other associated warehouse duties.

Skills / Attributes:

- A good eye for detail to ensure accuracies with kits.
- Adhere to health & safety procedures on site.
- Ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

The working hours are 1400- 2215 Monday to Thursday and 1145- 1745 on Friday, with regular overtime available, which is paid at attractive rates throughout the week and at weekends.

Overtime rules are as follows:

- x1.5 after 39 hours Monday to Friday
- x1.5 Saturdays (providing standard hours completed)
- x2 Sundays (providing Monday to Saturday worked)

This is an ongoing position and will lead to full time after a successful qualifying period.

Experience working within a similar role is desired.
