This role will be responsible for the operational management of the Finance, HR, Facilitiesand IT with the primary focus being on finance as the organization has it’s year end in December. Reporting to the CEO and acting as the most senior member of the Finance team this role will include but by no means be limited to:
Management of the Finance, IT and HR Functions

Responsibility for the preparation of the annual budget, financial modelling of management accounts and preparation of management accounts.

Preparation of statutory accounts in line with statutory guidance from the charity commission

Provide financial reports and analysis to the Trustees as well as providing strategic financial advice

Preparation of the annual Trustee report and financial statement

Preparation of VAT and making sure company payments are met within guidelines

Oversee the management of the HR, IT and Facilities Functions and lend support when needed

The Royal College operate a flexible working environment with most roles being home based with the occasional office days when needed.
