White Horse Employment are partnering with a long-standing fashion ecommerce business based in Corsham. Due to a consistent period of growth, they are now looking to appoint an Accounts Administrator on either a full-time or part-time basis. This role willbe reporting directly to the Senior Accounts Assistant in Corsham.

Your Key Duties:

- Purchase ledger, to include: Checking, inputting and reconciling supplier invoices and accounts to Xero.
- Matching stock invoices to booking in sheets, checking prices and quantities to Fashione, Buying Office Delivery Schedules and Merchandiser Stock Write Off Spreadsheets.
- Investigating and following up on discrepancies.
- Raising debit notes and sending them to suppliers for stock shortfalls and pricing differences.
- Preparing weekly creditor payment runs for approval.
- Posting creditor payments to Xero.
- Filing all correspondence and invoices
- Bank Sales Receipts input and reconciliations
- Sales Ledger posting and reconciliations

Skills Required:

- At least 1 years’ experience working in an accounts department - preferably within an SME environment
- Proficient with excel - including VLookUps and pivot tables
- Knowledge of Xero
- Input Accuracy/Numerate
- Organisational/ logical approach.
- Ability to focus/prioritise key tasks to meet timescales.
- Clear communication/telephone manner.
- Ownership of processes.
