An excellent education provider is looking to recruit a talented **IQA & Curriculum Specialist (IT & Digital)**, to work on a **Full-Time**, **Permanent** basis while **working from home**

In order to ensure that learners can achieve their qualifications, the IQA monitors assessment judgments, the knowledge of Development Coaches, and the standard of processes and procedures; it ensures that assessment decisions are accurate and that high-qualityservices are provided.

Development Coaches will be supported by the IQA to deliver both diploma-based and standard qualifications for a range of IT & digital qualifications from level two to level three, as well as functional skills up to level 2. You will work with DevelopmentCoaches to ensure planning and delivery promotes inclusivity and accessibility for blended learning environments and continuous improvements from quality assurance activities to improve performance and outcomes for our learners.

**Salary & Benefits**
- Salary £30,000.00 to £40,000.00 per annum.

- D32/33/A1/CAVA or equivalent
- IQA/V1 or equivalent
- At least a level 3 teaching qualification
- Level 2 or equivalent in Functional skills Maths & English
- Experience and knowledge of delivering functional skills to level 2
- Demonstrable experience in a teaching, learning and assessment role, delivering a range of provision within the IT & Digital sector, up to a minimum of level 4 within adult/further education and apprenticeships and/or IT and Digital qualifications, includingdigital marketer Level 3, Information communication technician level 3, Digital support technician level 3, Network engineer level 4.
- Experience and knowledge of training and/or assessment delivery both face to face and remotely
- Demonstrable up to date occupational competencies
- Experience and knowledge of delivering IT and Digital qualifications including gateway and end point assessment
- Experience and knowledge of carrying out internal quality assurance to a high standard across a range of provision within the IT and Digital sector
- Good knowledge of the latest pedagogical approaches to face to-face, online and blended-learning delivery of professional development
- Ability to demonstrate strong understanding and knowledge of what makes professional development in an education and training environment effective
- Ability to work to tight deadlines
- High levels of attention to detail
- Strong influencing skills
- Self-Management. Effective management of workload and caseload
- Working knowledge of all relevant legislation
