We offer one graduate programme (details below), but the opportunities sit within specific bank functions.

This graduate programme role sits within CRO and will rotate regularly through its business units (Operational Risk, Credit Risk, Financial Crime Prevention, and Compliance). The main purpose of these functions is to govern and manage risks across the bank through policies, procedures and frameworks. You will have exposure to these and how risk is managed through a three lines of defence model. The function interacts regularly with the front office and operational teams across the business.

Our 2-year programme starting on 7th September 2026 is designed to provide you with the skills and experience to help you progress your career and contribute to Arbuthnot Latham’s continuing success.
