£33,000 - £36,000**

Hamilton Woods Associates are currently recruiting for a Senior Housing Officer to process tenancy agreements, property maintenance and compliance, rent collection, void management, tenant correspondence, arrears revention and repossession.

**Responsibilities of the Senior Housing Officer**:

- Ensure all properties in the portfolio meet housing standards and are maintained in a lettable condition
- Manage reactive maintenance and ensure void turnaround is carried out in a timeley manner and to target
- Support clients with sustaining their tenancies
- Produce regular accurate reports on financial performance
- Manage rent arrears

**Essential Experience of the Senior Housing Officer**:

- Full UK Driving License
- Enhanced DBS
