Role: Retail Customer Relations Host (Front of House)

Location: Inverness.

We are looking for an engaged and approachable Retail Host with strong interpersonal skills, to become part of the team for a leading and established global brand. If you thrive when working around other people and solving problems, this role could be perfect for you

No technical or sales skills are required for this role.

What will you be doing?
- Greeting potential customers
- Understanding customer needs and directing them to the correct team specialist
- Capture key information to be used by other colleagues to build a person-specific solution
- Dealing effectively and enthusiastically with manageable customer requests

What are we looking for?
- Personable individuals
- Exceptional customer service skills
- An ability to build rapport with customers to help solve their issues
- Strong Brand Ambassadors who can be the face of the store to existing and potential customers.
- A desire to solve problems and improve the consumer experience.

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 22 per week

Ability to commute/relocate:
