Senior Barista

**ASSISTANT MANAGER / SENIOR BARISTA PART-TIME NEEDED IN WINDSOR**

**ROLE SUMMARY**
My client is seeking a passionate and skilled Senior Barista / Assistant Manager to join their thriving team. This is an exciting opportunity to take on a key role in a dynamic environment, ensuring exceptional service and smooth daily operations.

**DUTIES**
- Prepare and serve high-quality coffee and beverages to customers.
- Assist in managing the shop’s daily operations, including staffing and scheduling.
- Lead the team with a hands-on, customer-focused approach.
- Ensure exceptional service and a welcoming atmosphere for all customers.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and organization.

**WHAT IS ON OFFER**
- Pay rate of £13.00 to £13.50 per hour ( Depends on experience & skill shown at trial)

**WORK TIMES**
- 3 to 4 days per week
- Must be able to work every Saturday & Sunday with other days on Rota
- Day shifts only
- Café opening times: Tuesday - Wednesday: 8am - 4pm
- Thursday - Sunday: 8am - 5pm

**REQUIREMENTS**
- Must have an energetic, positive, charismatic & friendly personality
- Must have at least 1 full year of recent management experience in the hospitality industry
- Must have at least 1 full year of recent experience as a trained Barista
- Must have recent experience working in an independent / boutique coffee shop, café or bakery
- Able operate traditional coffee & grinder machines to make quality coffees & hot drinks
- Must be available to work on Fridays & Saturdays
- Leadership skills to motivate and guide a team effectively.
- Strong customer service skills and a genuine passion for creating a great experience.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: £13.00-£13.50 per hour
