**Decorated Warehouse Operative**

**Salary £19,760 - £21,840 pa**

**Role Profile**

Reports to: Decorated Warehouse Supervisor

Hours: 9 - 5:30pm Monday - Friday

Established in 1985 TOT Shirts Limited has been at the forefront of providing garment decoration for leading music artists and live performance bands delivering some of the most iconic and striking art to the UK and international market.

The position involves assisting the decorated department and focusing on ensuring client consignments either returning from tour or being re-despatched are picked and fulfilled to meet time sensitive collection/delivery timeframes. Accuracy of consignments splits is essential and include small consignment(s) to multi tour, international fulfilment splits requiring accurate and co-ordinated logístical arrangements.

**Purpose of the Post**:
To assist the Decorated team and ensure the smooth operation of the department in an efficient and effective manner, corresponding with suppliers in a fast turnaround environment in the warehouse.

**Main Tasks**
- Ensuring all fulfilment/despatch requirements are processed and completed daily
- Communicate directly with customers providing despatch, logístical query resolution
- Ensure correct labelling of all customer despatches
- Provide, where applicable weights and dimensions for customer consignments
- Trollies to be kept organised and returned to print shop when emptied and finished
- Responsible for all client requested direct delivery vehicles
- Assisting in packing of customer decorated and warehouse stock items
- All fulfilments must be located by the end of each day
- Ensure clean and tidy workspace
- Stock control and management, ensuring customer stock levels and returns are updated on company CRM
- Ensure efficient and organised storage within the department
- Responsible for contacting suppliers and where appropriate liaising with customers and external couriers
- Proactive maintenance and upkeep of all equipment, reporting problems to the manager.
- Ensure quality control and Health & Safety is always met and adhered

**Person Specifications**
- Warehouse, goods in/out, stock control experience gained within a busy high volume warehousing environment
- Previous experience of working in a warehouse environment is preferred
- Applicants must be able to undertake a physically demanding role
- Applicants must be able to work under pressure and to client, delivery specific timeframes
- You should be solutions orientated and able to work independently to achieve assigned role tasks
- Exceptional time management skills to ensure deadlines are met and critical deliverables maintained
