Excellent customer service to collections and take-aways' when taking the order

Taking orders over the telephone, this is compulsory, you must be able to take orders

To artisan the desserts and bag up and despatch

To prepare and cut the fruit as and when required

To top up fridges as and when required

Must be able to work on your own as well as in a team

Need to be calm and efficient and meet Dessert making deadlines

To clean and sanitize at the end of the shift and put away all toppings in the fridges

End of shift to sweep and mop up

Must be able to prioritise the work and use own initiative and be efficient
