Paralloy Ltd is situated in the UK and has 3 sites - Billingham, Middlesbrough, and Sheffield. The business has a worldwide presence and is a major supplier to the petrochemical market. The success of the company has been built on developing quality productsin rapid lead times supported by a focused approach to customer service.
As a **Document Controller**, you will produce technical documentation dossiers to client specifications.
**Responsibilities of our Document Controller will include**:
- Collating test certificates, WPS/PQR, quality plans, radiographic reports, NDT reports, PED documentation and complete documentation dossiers.
- Understanding and interpreting client documentation requirements.
- To cross check location sheets to test certification.
- The ability to liaise with all departments to generate and then issue the required documentation.
- Inputting specifications and test results onto the production management system on a daily basis.
- Liaising with visiting inspectors in the finalisation of documentation packs.
- Requisition stationery and printing of dossiers.
**What we’re looking for in our Document Controller**:
- Previous experience of documentation control.
- Experience in the manufacturing industry would be advantageous.
- Competent working with Microsoft Office (Excel & Word).
- Highly organised and attention to detail, with the ability to prioritise workloads.
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
- A good understanding of health & safety, environmental issues and quality rules
