Teaching Assistant

Magisters Education have a role available for a Teaching Assistant in Tunbridge Wells working with students across Key Stage 1 and 2. The role will consist of assisting a classes from year KS3 to KS4 in a general capacity, helping across the classroom whereneeded and leading small groups through activities and study. They are looking for an enthusiastic and engaging staff member with the ability to support current KS3 and KS4 with the curriculum and to join the team and assist the teacher from September.

The school has an inclusive approach to its teaching and is looking for someone to extend this in their work, valuing a kind, welcoming, team player approach. This school has an extremely nurturing Senior Leadership Team that encourages team members to playto their strengths and develop their areas of interest. The school has been awarded for its treatment of its staff and prioritization on mental health and wellbeing. In this role your day will commence at 8:30am and finish any time between 3:30 and 4:00 dependingon the needs of the school.
